Service Description

We are waving goodbye to our fabulous teacher Katie Groves as she heads off to Thailand and London! In true Wild Fox style we wanted to give Katie a send-off to remember. Please joins us in the heart of the forest at Umberslade Adventure in Hockley Heath on Wednesday 7th August 6.30-7.30pm 💚🌿 This FLOW class it suitable for EVERYONE. All levels and all yoga experience. If you are completely new to yoga please come and enjoy the magic of yoga outside. No experience needed. If you have a mat please bring one, if not, don’t worry you can use one of ours.
