Service Description

PARENT & CHILD YOGA To celebrate Mother's Day we are holding a parent and child yoga session. A great way to encourage your children to exercise, practice mindfulness and have fun with yoga balances and postures. An opportunity to spend one hour together moving and bonding 💜 Child ages 6 - 18 years £20 - includes one adult and one child Two sessions: 5 - 6 pm 6.15 - 715pm
