Step into Spring - 6 WEEK BOOT CAMP
Service Description
Join us for a 6 WEEK BOOTCAMP fitness class to kick-start summer. 7.15am - 8.15am every Wednesday. Starting 10th April (in 6 week blocks) The outdoor morning sessions are cardio-style exercise/ reps/ core work to burn calories and improve strength, ending with a relaxing stretch in the Wild Fox Yoga studio. It will be 'workout and leave' - as we all need to get to work/ take children to school ASAP afterwards. The bootcamp is hosted by Samantha Cummins from Gymshark - who we are delighted to have on board! You will be given access to an app with fitness plans to follow at home for additional sessions (if required, not essential) and nutrition tips. We all have goals we'd like to achieve... whether that is to feel healthier, get fitter, loose weight, tone up. So come join us, have fun and tone up. The 6 week boot camp is £75. You can roll over one class per every 6 weeks to accommodate illness / life emergencies etc. Email info@wildfoxyoga.co.uk for more information.
