Meet Sophie
Mum of two Sophie has been practising yoga for eight years, learning through a mixture of hot yoga and Hatha. As a qualified personal trainer Sophie is perfect to lead our fun and energetic Tone and Power flow classes.
With a solid background in fitness Sophie’s always enjoyed working out and training hard and loves that yoga allows her to combine strength and muscle building alongside deep stretching and flexibility, oh and having a laugh!
