Wild Fox Yoga is a boutique studio set in the countryside at Box Trees Farm & Craft Centre in Hockley Heath, Solihull. 
 
Our teachers share their experience through a combination of high-intensity flows, breath-focused movement and restorative restful poses.

What is FLOW?

Our signature vinyasa Flow class - smoothly flowing through postures in harmony with the breath to condition and tone your body and focus your mind.

The goal of the class is balance and flexibility.

All our classes are suitable for beginners. Take the class at your own pace and get into a restorative pose whenever you need.

Our Tone flow class includes bursts of yoga cardio with repetition and strength postures alongside balance flows for a full body workout.

What is RESTORE?

Our Restore class is a slower moving candlelit yoga session to release stress, unwind and deep stretch. Moving through more restorative and meditative postures.

The goal of this class is muscle and mind relaxation.

This class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to slow things down. Also for anyone with health or injury issues.

What is YIN YOGA?

Our weekly Yin Yoga class is once a week - every Sunday.

A gentle yoga practise to deeply stretch, destress and relax body and mind.

This is a  slow moving, calm practice bringing clarity, balance and harmony through the power of your breath. A true moment of stillness and calm.

This class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking to slow things down. No Yin Yoga experience needed.

What is HIIT yoga?

A high-intensity yoga flow for strength, stamina and flexibility.

A faster, stronger and sweatier style of yoga, combining dynamic flow with weights, cardio bursts, repetition and high-impact postures. Designed to challenge your whole body, raise your heart rate and build strength.

Expect sweat, strength and to feel brilliant afterwards!

Finishing with a relaxing, grounding Savasana.

Suitable for all levels looking to build strength and fitness.

What is BOOT CAMP?

A weekly fitness class - strength and toning boot camp session with cardio exercise, weight repetition and core work to burn calories, build muscle and improve strength. Ending with stretching and relaxation.

Suitable for everyone - all fitness abilities  - anyone who wants to tone up and improve strength.

Every Monday 6pm - 7pm at the Wild Fox Studio in Hockley Heath - held inside and outside.

Led by our Personal Trainer and Sports Coach Samantha Cubbins.

What is Family Yoga

Join us on the first Friday night and Saturday morning of every month for Family Yoga.

These monthly sessions are a great way to encourage your children to exercise, practice mindfulness and have fun with yoga balances and postures. An opportunity to spend one hour together moving and bonding.

FRIDAY: 5pm-5.45pm 6-12year olds
(£18 1 adult, 1 child) Additional child £6

SATURDAY: 9.45am-10.45am 2-5 year olds
(£12 1 adult, 1 child) Additional child £4

SATURDAY: 10.45am-11.30am 6-12year olds
(£18 1 adult, 1 child) Additional child £6

How do I book a Private 1:1 Class?

Private 1-2-1 sessions are £50 and available everyday with all our teachers.

What Experience Do I Need?

All Wild Fox Yoga classes are open to anyone, absolutely no experience is needed. Whether it is your 1st yoga session or 50th, please feel free to come to any class.

All classes are suitable for beginners. Take the class at your own pace and take a restorative pose or break if you need.

If you are completely new to yoga, we recommend our Flow or Restore class for a slower-paced start, allowing you to get used to the studio and yoga postures.

What Do I Need To Bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, if you have one  - using your own yoga mat is more hygienic and helps create a personal connection with your yoga practice.

Also bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during and after class.

What is a SOUND BATH?

Accepted Answer

A sound and gong experience bringing deep relaxation – helping you let go of your worries and welcome in new energy.

A 60-minute sound session using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.

The powerful vibrations will help you drift away and relax, letting go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.

Benefits of a Sound Bath include:

What is Wild Swimming?

For Summer 2026 we are hosting our Yoga, Wild Swimming, Sauna & Ice Bath session in Henley-in-Arden at the idyllic Spot On Wake.

Sunday 9am-11am - twice monthly throughout the summer.

The session starts with a gentle, energising yoga flow  - suitable for EVERYONE. All levels and all yoga experience.

Afterwards enjoy a leisurely wild swim, ice bath dip to refresh and sauna to warm up and unwind (all optional)

Stay afterwards and enjoy a hot drink and good company in the countryside.

Where is the Studio?

The Wild Fox Yoga Studio is situated at Box Trees Farm & Craft Centre on the Stratford Road in Hockley Heath. We are next door to the Pizza Takeaway and Box Trees Indian Restaurant - opposite the car park.

Do you hire out the Studio?

Yes we do. The studio is a beautiful space, white and bright with lots of natural daylight. Perfect for photoshoots, videography and indoor events such as group wellness classes, workshops and meditations.

Approximately 20 square meters with a private car park, onsite toilet and water facilities. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi controlled ceiling speakers and LED mood lighting.

Outside patio area suitable for coffee/ relaxing, also a perfect space for ice baths and other outside activities. Fully secluded and secure with access to an outside tap, tables and storage shed.

Rental is £30 per hour.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
