About the event

Welcome to Wild Fox Junior Yoga, an introduction to yoga for 10–16-year-olds focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Yoga teaches everyone to have fun and move their bodies in a non-competitive environment – our sessions will be both energising and relaxing.

 

This class is suitable for boys and girls aged 10 - 16. No experience is necessary, and no degree of flexibility is required.

 

The regular practice of yoga for tweens and teens will result in their minds having a sharper sense of concentration and focus. Yoga is important for developing brains, whilst also being a great way to manage worries and anxiety.
