Join us for an outdoor Sound & Gong Bath at Hogarths Hotel in their beautiful woodland 💚🌿
On Sunday 2nd August July 6.30pm - 7.30pm for a magical outdoor sound bath where you can experience deep relaxation while connecting with nature.
One hour to focus on you - your own wellness and self-care.
Our Sound Healer Heidi will guide you through a 60-minute sound session using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.
The powerful vibrations will help you drift away and relax, letting go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.
