We are delighted to collaborate with the new EMMA Sleep showroom in Dorridge for our first Sound Bath Sleep Sanctuary.
An evening dedicated to deep rest, relaxation and rejuvenation on Friday 27th February 6pm-7pm in their beautiful new showroom space.
This is an immersive sound experience bringing deep relaxation. Soothing sound healing vibrations from our Sound & Gong Bath will gently calm the nervous system, bringing deep relaxation, balance and inner peace. One hour to focus on you - your own wellness and self care.
Our Sound Healer Heidi will guide you through a 60-minute sound session using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.
