We are thrilled to announce we have teamed up with Kington Grange in Claverdon to host a Sound Bath & Supper event in their beautiful celebration barn ✨
On THURSDAY 7th November 7pm - 8.30pm
We are excited to host our next monthly Sound Bath at this beautiful venue in Claverdon adorned with twinkle lights and a slice of festive countryside magic. Come and experience a guided meditation, a deeply relaxing hour long sound healing session followed by a light supper and drink.
Our Sound Healer Heidi Gerrard will guide you through a 60-minute sound bath, using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.
