Join us on Friday 24th April 6-7pm for an incredible sound experience bringing deep relaxation. Let go of your worries and welcome in new energy.
One hour to focus on you - your own wellness and self care.
Our Sound Healer Heidi will guide you through a 60-minute sound session using beautifully tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, angelic chimes, high quality gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and instruments with healing vibrations and finely tuned frequencies to aid deep relaxation.
