Please join us for our FINAL Yoga and Wild Swimming session of 2024 in the beautiful countryside at Kington Grange in Claverdon on
Saturday 14th December : 10.30am – 12.30pm 💙🌿
We’ll start with an energising yoga flow session - suitable for EVERYONE. All levels and all yoga experience.
If you are completely new to yoga, please come and enjoy the magic of yoga at your own pace. No experience needed.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring one, if not don’t worry you can use one of ours.

This ticket includes a 60 minute yoga flow class, wild swimming in the lake at Kington Grange, a hot drink and snack afterwards.
