Service Description
A strength and toning fitness bootcamp class with a a mix of cardio exercise, body weight repetition and core work to burn calories, build muscle and improve strength. Suitable for everyone - all fitness levels - who want to tone up and improve strength. Every Monday 6pm - 6.30pm at Wild Fox Studio in Hockey Heath. Led by our Personal Trainer and Sports Coach Sam. Work at your own pace with different options depending on strength and fitness. **PLEASE NOTE you can not book this session with our yoga subscription passes**
