
Junior Yoga - 10-16 years old
Service Description
Yoga for 10–16-year-olds focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Yoga teaches everyone to have fun and move their bodies in a non-competitive environment – our sessions will be both energising and relaxing. Class suitable for boys and girls aged 10 - 16. No yoga experience or degree of flexibility is required. Regular yoga helps improve concentration, focus, and mental wellbeing, supporting stress, anxiety, and sleep. Classes include movement, balance, breathing, and relaxation, fostering self-esteem and confidence. Everyone receives individual attention to progress at their own pace. Regular yoga for tweens/ teens helps to improve concentration, focus, and mental wellbeing, supporting stress, anxiety, exam worries and any sleep issues. In this class we will move, balance, breathe and relax - improving physical strength and flexibility. Yoga is a great way to develop deeper sense of self-esteem and self-confidence – perfect for yogis at this age. Everyone will receive individual attention to progress at their own pace.
