April loves exploring the connection between movement and breath to restore balance in the mind, body and soul.
April’s yoga journey began ten years ago, she enjoys exploring the connection between movement and breath to release stagnant energy and restore balance throughout mind, body and soul. Alongside yoga, she is studying for a Psychology master’s degree in mental health and wellbeing.
With a passion for nurturing mind and body April is perfect to guide our Wednesday night restorative class. A restful practice encouraging you to slow down your body through stretching and soften your mind through stillness and deep breathing.
