Service Description
A strength and toning fitness class with cardio exercise, weight repetition and core work to burn calories, build muscle and improve strength. Ending with stretching and relaxation. Suitable for everyone - all fitness levels - who want to tone up and improve strength. Every Thursday 6pm - 7pm Led by our Personal Trainer and Sports Coach Sam.
