Service Description

Join us Thursday 25th Jan for a dynamic flow class with moon salutations and a Full Wolf Moon flow rotating around the mat. The Full Wolf Moon is the first full moon of 2024 reaching peak illumination at 6pm on Thursday 25th January. Join us for an hour of moon salutations and a dynamic flow sequence moving around the mat. A perfect time to set new intentions. Finishing with a guided savasana. Suitable for all levels.
